We enjoyed our time at this well appointed, dog-friendly Gulf Shores duplex. Minimal sound transfer from adjacent space. Location is great! Beware of stickers in the yard! A short walk (less and 2 blocks) to food, drinks, beach, small grocery, liquor store etc. Neighborhood feels safe to walk after dark. Hosts communicate quickly and are accommodating. Would stay again!

This beachside retreat is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. It is a very short walk to the beach and a quick drive or stroll to nearby shops and restaurants. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and balcony. A bonus for me was the serene natural waterway directly behind the house. In the morning, you can sit on the back balcony and watch the many native birds. Simple little touches throughout the home, such as laundry detergent, little soaps, and cozy throw blankets, made us feel welcomed and comfortable right away. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

What is your cancelation policy?
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
What time does the communal pool close?
7:30PM daily.
Are Dogs allowed on the beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama?
Unfortunately dogs are not permitted on the beaches at anytime. There is a dog park! The Dog Park of Gulf Shores located at 308 Clubhouse Drive.

There is beach access you can use which is about a one block walk from the front door, on W 4th St. The Main Public Beach area (Gulf Place) by The Hangout is about a 4-5 block walk from the house.
Santa Rosa Beach, FL Public Beach Access

About a 3 mile drive. Features parking, restrooms, picnic areas, coastal views, kayaking, sunbathing, and nature trails for a more private experience.

Santa Rosa Beach, FL Golf Cart Rentals and Parking
If you are interested in renting a golf cart, there are a couple rental companies that will deliver and pick-up to the house:

If you mention that you are renting in The Village at Blue Mountain Beach Community I believe Pristine Golf Cart Rentals will provide a discount.
**GOLF CART PARKING**
There is no street parking, so you will need to be able fit all of your vehicles and your golf cart in the driveway or you will need to rent a parking spot for your golf cart through the HOA.
Also, the house does not have an outlet to charge an electric golf cart, please rent a parking spot through the HOA if you are bringing an electric cart. Thank you!
Parking Options:
1.) Since the house has a driveway with ample parking (approximately enough spaces to fit 3-4 vehicles), you may park your golf cart in the driveway along with your other vehicles

Guests can email the Association Representative at andreeamock@gmail.com by 1:00 PM the Wednesday before the rental period to reserve a space and obtain a slot number. Early reservations are encouraged, but cannot be made more than 60 days prior to arrival date.
