We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautifully maintained, incredibly clean, and packed with thoughtful amenities that made our trip feel effortless from start to finish. One of our favorite parts was how walkable everything was, an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, which made it perfect for morning beach trips and evenings out without needing to drive. We had an incredible stay. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and clearly set up with guests in mind. Every space felt intentional, comfortable, and well thought out. Check-in was seamless, and the communication from Caitlin & Peter was excellent, they were great hosts! The outdoor space was a huge highlight for our group, and the house had everything we needed for both relaxing and spending quality time together. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local spots, yet still quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great place there was space for everyone. There is a Master upstairs with the bunk room or there is a Master on the first floor away from the kids. And everybody gets own bathroom. The pool was very nice and the walk to the beach or a souvenir store was easy to get to. We had a great stay!

This place was so perfect for our NCAA Beach Volleyball weekend!! The house was spacious and easy to use for our group. The new pool was AMAZING and the balconies were a fantastic part of the seating arrangement. We had plenty of room (the bathrooms are huge!) and the kitchen was big enough to cook all of our meals. Caitlin was a very responsive host and returned my messages in less than an hour. The location was PERFECT, such an easy walk to the beach and Alvin’s Island for ice cream. Loved our time here!

Hi! We're Your Hosts, Caitlin & Peter (& Bo)

Hi there! We’re Caitlin, PC, our sweet son Bo, and our two pups, Ella and Poppy. We’re a family that believes in slowing down, being present, and making meaningful memories together. That’s exactly the kind of experience we hope to create for you when you stay at one of our homes.

 

Our hosting journey began with a love for travel and a desire to create vacation rentals that offer more than just a place to sleep. We want you to feel cared for, comfortable, and completely at ease from the moment you arrive until the moment you head home.

 

We personally manage every stay and take great pride in keeping each home clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Whether you’re here for a beach escape, a work trip, or a family adventure, we’re here to make sure your experience is smooth, relaxing, and memorable.

Do you allow pets?
Blue Breeze Property (Gulf Shores, AL): We are happy to welcome your furry friends to our vacation rental! Please review and adhere to the following pet policy: - Maximum of 2 dogs allowed per reservation - Each dog must weigh no more than 50 lbs 🚨Blue Mountain Breeze Property🚨 (Santa Rosa Beach): As we love our furry friends, unfortunately pets are not allowed at this property due to HOA regulations. Thank you so much for understanding!
What is your cancelation policy?
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
What time does the communal pool close?
7:30PM daily.
Are Dogs allowed on the beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama?
Unfortunately dogs are not permitted on the beaches at anytime. There is a dog park! The Dog Park of Gulf Shores located at 308 Clubhouse Drive.
Gulf Shores, AL Public Beach Access
There is beach access you can use which is about a one block walk from the front door, on W 4th St. The Main Public Beach area (Gulf Place) by The Hangout is about a 4-5 block walk from the house.
Santa Rosa Beach, FL Public Beach Access
1. Blue Mountain Beach: 2365 S Co Hwy 83, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 It’s about an 11-minute walk from the neighborhood. Space for personal chairs in public beach area or rent chairs from 30a Shades for more access. For pricing and to book a reservation, https://30ashade.com/blue-mountain-beach/ 2. Ed Walline Regional Beach: 447 W Scenic Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. Less than a mile drive. Offers parking, restrooms, and picnic areas with stunning views from the observation deck. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Directly across from Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qN38C13wllk 3. Grayton Beach State Park: 357 Main Park Rd, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. About a 3 mile drive. Santa Rosa Beach, FL Golf Cart Rentals and Parking
If you are interested in renting a golf cart, there are a couple rental companies that will deliver and pick-up to the house: 1). Pristine Golf Cart Rentals 30A, https://pristinegolfcartrentals.com 2). Reef Beach Services & Rentals, https://reefbch.com If you mention that you are renting in The Village at Blue Mountain Beach Community I believe Pristine Golf Cart Rentals will provide a discount. **GOLF CART PARKING** There is no street parking, so you will need to be able fit all of your vehicles and your golf cart in the driveway or you will need to rent a parking spot for your golf cart through the HOA. Also, the house does not have an outlet to charge an electric golf cart, please rent a parking spot through the HOA if you are bringing an electric cart. Thank you! Parking Options: 1.) Since the house has a driveway with ample parking (approximately enough spaces to fit 3-4 vehicles), you may park your golf cart in the driveway along with your other vehicles 2.) Rent a parking spot through the HOA and learn all about the cart parking program through the following link, https://thevillageatbluemountainbeach.com/guest-golf-cart-parking Guests can email the Association Representative at andreeamock@gmail.com by 1:00 PM the Wednesday before the rental period to reserve a space and obtain a slot number. Early reservations are encouraged, but cannot be made more than 60 days prior to arrival date.

🐾 Dog-Friendly Beach Options & Activities
🌊 Nearby Dog-Friendly Beaches & Parks 1️⃣ Fort Morgan Beach (about 25 min drive west) Address: Near Fort Morgan Rd (Highway 180) Dog Policy: Dogs are allowed on leash on the beach area outside the Fort Morgan historic site. Walk your pup along the sand and enjoy gorgeous views of Mobile Bay and the Gulf. Tip: Bring your own waste bags and water — limited services nearby. 2️⃣ Dauphin Island Public Beach (via Mobile Bay Ferry) Address: 1501 Bienville Blvd, Dauphin Island, AL Dog Policy: Dogs are allowed on leash on all Dauphin Island beaches. Ride the ferry from Fort Morgan to the island (pets welcome on the ferry!). A fun day trip option. 3️⃣ Gulf State Park Trails & Lake Shelby Dog Park (5-10 min drive) Address: 20115 State Park Rd, Gulf Shores, AL Dog Policy: No dogs on the beach here, but Lake Shelby offers a designated dog-friendly area where your pup can swim and play.
