I just can’t say enough good about our experience with this home. From the very beginning, when i booked until after my stay they were SO responsive to any messages or questions I had. The home was just perfect and everything we were looking for in our family vacation. The home was very comfortable and the family room area was plenty big to accommodate our family that included small children. Very clean, kitchen supplies well stocked. The pool was perfect for our needs and the fire pit was a lot of fun at night. We appreciated the supplies available to us including the sand and pool toys and abundant beach towels. The area was quiet - and a short walk to the beach that is stunning. The ice cream shop on the way to the beach was delicious and darling. There were other little towns nearby that were a fun ride in our rented golf cart. Just a great family trip! We can’t wait to go back!

Caitlin and Peter were very responsive when we were communicating. The home was just like as described and looked just like the pictures. Definitely not a bad spot to go for a longer period of time with a larger group. The walk to the beach is a bit longer especially if you have a lot of stuff, but extremely close if you use a car. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much!

This house was great for our family trip! There were 5 kids and 6 adults and we had enough space. Located within a short drive to the Blue mountain Beach public access…with kids the walking distance was a little long for us. The kids space on the third floor was great! Second floor master suite was lovely. The 2 other king bedrooms share a hall bath. Overall we had a great stay! Communication was amazing and very prompt! We even needed bath wash at one point and Caitlin came to the house and provided some! Great option in Santa Rosa!

Missing this great vacation home away from home already. Caitlin was so kind and very responsive. She even popped over herself one day to help with a battery change out. Lovely lovely. Can’t recommend this place enough. June is busy! Local activities are busy! Plan ahead with kids for sure. We wish we would have rented a golf cart- parking can be tough. Thankfully there is a ton within walking distance. Mimmos and the ice cream shop next door- chefs kiss!!!! This home was well equipped for at home cooking as well. Great grill and back yard vibes. Our kids became great swimmer this week thanks to this private pool to practice their swimming skills. I could just go on and on. Let’s just say we want to buy a house like this one day. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Until next time 😊
