Caitlin was such a pleasure to work with and was fantastic with communication. We had a small hiccup and Caitlin was very quick to come over and help. Overall really enjoyed staying here. Location was close to the beautiful beach and nice restaurants. Home was nice, clean, and spacious. My only complaint would be regarding the deposit authorization process. During our stay, the deposit amount appeared to be charged twice on my account. The host was very responsive when I reached out, and Airbnb confirmed that I was only actually charged once, so this was not the host’s fault. However, I do wish I had been made aware beforehand that the deposit authorization may be re-authorized during the stay, as seeing the amount held twice was unexpected and temporarily affected my available funds.

Fabulous long weekend with family in Santa Rosa Beach! We have visited this area a few times before, and our return trip was even better. The unit was phenomenal: perfect location, well-stocked, clean and spacious. Caitlin was so professional and outgoing. She made our visit even better. She made sure we had everything we needed; she frequently checked in on us; she recommended restaurants and activities.
