About this space

Some places on 30A make you drive. This one does not.

You are in the village of Blue Mountain Beach, which means coffee, dinner, ice cream and the beach are all on foot. Mimo's Italian and the 30A Coffee Shop are right in the village, and the public beach access is about a half mile walk. Park the car when you arrive and forget about it until you leave.

THE LOCATION

Blue Mountain Beach is the quieter middle of 30A. You get the dune lakes, the bike paths and the sunsets without the crowds of the bigger villages. Grayton Beach State Park, Seaside and Topsail Hill Preserve are all a short drive east or west.

GOOD TO KNOW

This is a second floor condo, so there are stairs to the front door and inside the home. The first-floor master suite, kitchen, living area and two bathrooms are all on the main level once you are inside. Self check-in with a smart lock. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home per HOA policy. Service animals are welcome, please let us know in advance.
