Pool Heating Details
When booking the full house, you’ll enjoy exclusive, private access to the saltwater pool throughout your stay.
The pool is available year-round and can be heated upon request during cooler months for added comfort.
Pool heating fee: $50 per night
Heating season: October through April
Advance notice required: Please request pool heating at least 24 hours prior to check-in so we can have it ready for your arrival.
Pool heating is optional and charged separately, as not all guests prefer or need it. The fee helps offset the cost of maintaining a comfortable water temperature during cooler weather.

Pet Policy
We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs, with a maximum of two (2) dogs per stay.
Pet fee: $200 per stay (non-refundable)
Dogs must be house-trained and flea-free
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets, indoors and outdoors
No cats or other animals permitted
Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool area. Any excessive cleaning, damage, or rule violations may result in additional charges.
Service animals, as defined by applicable laws and platform policies, are exempt from pet fees.

Incredible accommodation in an incredible location! Was just perfect for the 14 of us. Easy access to the beach with a great ice cream parlor just across from us and a popular seafood restaurant nearby. (I mean 2 minute walk). Plenty of shops and other restaurants a pleasant 10 minute stroll away. Adequate parking, and the well maintained pool was a huge plus for our group. Caitlin and Peter checked on us periodically to make sure everything was ok and were as responsive as I needed them to be. Can highly recommend.

We booked both sides of the condo for a large family gathering. The bedrooms were great for adults with bunks for the kids. We had everything we needed to spend time at the beach, hang at the pool, and to play some competitive games of cornhole. Caitlin was super responsive to our questions and requests for a relaxing vacation with family.
