Pool Access & Heating Details
As a guest you’ll enjoy shared access to the outdoor space, including the pool, outdoor bar, and lounge areas.
Optional Pool Heating is available year-round on request.
$30 per night
Advance notice required (please request at least 24 hours prior to check-in so the pool is ready for arrival)
Pet Policy
We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs, with a maximum of two (2) dogs per stay.
Pet fee: $150 per stay (non-refundable)
Dogs must be house-trained and flea-free
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets, both indoors and outdoors
No cats or other animals permitted
Please note: Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool area. Any excessive cleaning, damage, or rule violations may result in additional charges.
Service animals, as defined by applicable laws and platform policies, are exempt from pet fees.

Before using the pool, all guests must review and acknowledge the pool rules and liability waiver. These rules are in place to help ensure everyone’s safety.
POOL RULES – For Everyone’s Safety:
Use the pool at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty)
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
Keep the pool gate closed and latched
No diving
No jumping from balconies or furniture
No running or rough play
No glass in or around the pool
No pets in the pool area
Do not tamper with pool equipment
Pool access is for registered guests only
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Guests swim at their own risk
Hosts are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages in or around the pool

We enjoyed every aspect of this rental. It was an short easy walk to the beach, nice clean private pool, clean inside, and had a really well stocked kitchen, it even had plenty of trash bags and dish soap already in the unit. Our check-in was a breeze and the host was very quick and polite in any response of mine they replied to. We would definitely stay at this location again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was a quick walk away and you could get to anything you wanted in a short drive. We felt safe and right at home. The pool was a great amenity and we spent plenty of time under the little patio by the pool too. We also enjoyed eating on the balcony.

We had a few hiccups in the beginning but nothing that was the fault of the host. It all boiled down to a cleaning crew that was not doing the job they were hired to do. Caitlyn was very responsive when problems were brought to her attention. She even made a follow call checking in on us. Will definitely rent again and refer friends and family.
