I just can’t say enough good about our experience with this home. From the very beginning, when i booked until after my stay they were SO responsive to any messages or questions I had. The home was just perfect and everything we were looking for in our family vacation. The home was very comfortable and the family room area was plenty big to accommodate our family that included small children. Very clean, kitchen supplies well stocked. The pool was perfect for our needs and the fire pit was a lot of fun at night. We appreciated the supplies available to us including the sand and pool toys and abundant beach towels. The area was quiet - and a short walk to the beach that is stunning. The ice cream shop on the way to the beach was delicious and darling. There were other little towns nearby that were a fun ride in our rented golf cart. Just a great family trip! We can’t wait to go back!

Caitlin and Peter were very responsive when we were communicating. The home was just like as described and looked just like the pictures. Definitely not a bad spot to go for a longer period of time with a larger group. The walk to the beach is a bit longer especially if you have a lot of stuff, but extremely close if you use a car. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much!

Caitlin and Peter’s place was amazing! It was so close to the beach, the private pool was so peaceful/convenient, and the house was exactly what we needed. They were great hosts and were so kind and responsive to anything we needed. The fully stocked kitchen and espresso machine was a perfect extra touch. The kids loved the bunk beds. The outdoor spaces were perfect and so relaxing. We have stayed all along 30A and this was one of our favorite places! We would definitely come back here again!
