Something for everyone! This newly renovated & spacious house is located in a quiet gated community & has it all. Community amenities include a large pool, gym, Bocce ball, putting green, & shuffle board. All just steps from the front door.
It is a brief walk to Blue Mountain Beach, Point Washington State Forest, & some of the best restaurants on 30A.
On the first level you’ll find a newly-decorated living room, half bath, dining room, fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, laundry room (w/ 2 washers & 2 dryers), and access to the large screened-in porch where you can relax and watch a family movie or a game on the big-screen TV in the evening as the day cools down.
On the front porch, to the right, is a beach box with chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, bodyboards, and more available.
Up the stairs to the second level you’ll find 4 of the bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms on this level contain showers but not tubs.
Up the last set of stairs to the third level you’ll find the two remaining ensuite large bedrooms. One ensuite bathroom contains a bath/shower combo and the other contains a shower. One bedroom has two large balconies (with a partial view of the Gulf) and the other contains a small “Juliette” balcony.

You will have access to the full property. There are two owners closets. One located on the main floor and the other is located in the double bunkbed room.

Blue Mountain Beach is a small community with a laid back beach town vibe and some of the BEST beaches in the US. Crystal clear water and white sand for miles!
We’re located in the gated Village of Blue Mountain Beach. The wonderful community pool and fitness center is just a 1 min walk from the house, one street over. The Village is .5 miles to the public beach access (w/limited beach parking and bathrooms). It takes us about 12 min to walk to the beach (a straight path from the neighborhood entrance with sidewalks the whole way), or 2 minutes with a golf cart or bicycle (both can be dropped off by local rental companies)
On your way to the Blue Mountain Beach entrance you’ll pass the famous Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, so be sure to stop and get some ice cream! There are also many delicious restaurants in the area that are in walking distance from the house.
Also, within a mile or so of our house are more than 6 public-access white-sand beaches, including a state park with secluded beaches and wind-swept dunes. The community is surrounded by state forests and miles of hiking trails and paved bike paths.
Active vacationers will want to enjoy golfing, bicycling on the coastline’s 22 mile bike and jogging path, go-carting, putt-putting, YOLO boarding, parasailing, swimming, sun-bathing, fishing, kayaking, and so much more.
The beach and many great restaurants are in walking distance.
However you can cut down your travel time considerably by renting a golf cart or bicycle (both can be dropped off by local rental companies).
We recommend booking the golf cart well in advance!
